These terms apply when you use the Avision Trainings website or enrol on any of our training courses. Please read them before booking.
By using this website or enrolling on a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or book a course.
Course descriptions, schedules and outlines are provided in good faith and may be updated. A booking is confirmed once we have received your enrolment and issued a confirmation. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
Course fees are shown on the relevant course page and may vary by country. Unless stated otherwise, fees must be paid in full before the course begins. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant.
We may need to change a trainer, date, venue or delivery format. Where a change is significant we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you a transfer to another date or a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Participants are expected to behave professionally towards trainers and other attendees. We may remove a participant from a course, without refund, for behaviour that disrupts the learning of others.
Where a course includes a certificate, it is issued on satisfactory completion and attendance. Certificates issued by third-party bodies are subject to that bodyx27s own rules and fees.
All course materials, slides, exercises and website content remain the property of Avision Trainings or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.
We deliver our courses with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a course is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
